It's been a while since anyone's posted anything, but I assure all you devoted readers, there will be posts everyday from now on. I wanted to list my 10 favorite CDs from this year (I'm assuming that nothing good is coming out in the next 2 weeks). A few notes before I list them off:
- There are a lot of CDs that were recommended to me that I did not get around to listening to (Sufjan Stevens, The Walkmen, etc.) so this is only MY favorite CDs and nothing more (I encourage people to post their own list)
-I wanted to get this posted before Pitchfork released their list at midnight, so people didn't think I was just ripping them off
- Almost all of these CDs are new releases from bands that were already amongst my favorite when 2010 started. There aren't many new bands that really stood out to me this year.
